Getting ready for my workout today and thought “huh, this shirt feels kinda loose...”🤔
I cooked my guy a belated valentines dinner last night with a gigantic ribeye, sweet potato, green beans, plenty of butter on top, and even dessert - and I woke up this morning STILL seeing gains!🙌
