You know what goes good with a Monday? PB and trail! Not the nut butter either but a nut for sure ! I decided I was going to charge all the hills this morning on my 5 mile loop of trail rather than take walk breaks ♀️ and enjoy some unbridled speed work on the flats. Nothing feels better than giving your all I’ve been caught in a bit of a rut with no race to train for. I catch myself saying during a run, what’s the point? Why charge this hill? Why run harder than I have to? Well, I’m training to be strong AF, to feel my strong healthy heart beating in my chest, to feel that fire burn inside of me, to be the baddest of the badasses, to keep on feeling confident in this grandma bod!
