6:27am and I am waking up to the sound of gentle thunder rolling across the Caribbean Sea. I am usually terrified of thunder but when I’m somewhere tropical the fear tends to go away, largely because I assume everywhere has a lightning conductor ⛈
Well I survived the flight, just about 🤪 I completely lost my voice and now my voice is about 9 octaves lower so my singing in the shower has greatly improved. But that could be down to the fact my voice is only working at 20% capacity 🤔
Whilst I’m here in the tropics, this photo clearly is not, although the greenery suggests otherwise. We may complain about the weather in Britain but if we didn’t get the rain, our gardens would not look like this. Although, I’ll have to be honest and say not everyone keeps their front garden as spectacular as this, can you imagine what their back garden must be like?! 😍🌸🌻🌳 Baxter has dashed all my hopes and dreams of having a perfectly landscaped garden.... I feel like the basis of having a great garden in England is to plant roses, and lots of them, and then just chuck hundreds of other seeds everywhere and just see what pops up!
