Better late than never! Lol. Here go my workouts from last week. I started on Tuesday and I worked out every day through Friday. On Wednesday I did 2 workouts.
On some days I was strapped for time so I fit in what I could but still got in some good work. I’m noticing that I’m SIGNIFICANTLY weaker so my weights for compound movements like back squats and deadlifts are low. I’m going to gradually work up so that I can ensure proper form. #safetyfirst
