Weekend brunch HAS to be something filling, in fact it's normally my main meal of the day. 🥪🍳🥞 I usually pick up a baguette when I go to Paris 🗼🗼, cut it up, wrap it and stick it in the freezer. That way, I've always got some, when I want some.
You don't even have to defrost it. Wrap it in some foil, and stick it in the oven. Et voila.
