- 2 cans @wildplanetfoods sardines - 1 egg - 3/4 cup almond flour - 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs chilli powder - 1 tsp salt
Instructions: - mix almond flour and spices in semi-wide bowl or plate - Dip sardines in a beaten egg then coat with “bread” mix
- Fry on medium heat in your favourite cooking oil (eg. coconut oil, avocado oil, butter, ghee) - Set aside to cool in the mean time make a spicy garlic tahini dip out of tahini, MCT oil, a bit of water, hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt (everything to taste!) stir until very creamy! - Dip & enjoy 🤗
