Just a little help for those who struggle with time management, organization, focus...and those who don't understand what I mean when I tell them I'm super busy. This is my schedule for clients, tasks and the fitness studio. The rest is all driving time in-between client homes or getting back to the studio.
Now, these are SCHEDULED appointments. It does not include errands, client consultations for training and Herbalife, or late night walk-in appointments for clients with emergencies. (Muscle cramps, diabetic cramping, injuries, falls, etc.) If you want to be successful you MUST plan out your work day. You need to have a daily, weekly and monthly schedule to keep the clutter out of your brain and make sure you don't miss anything or anyone.
My personal life is very spontaneous and completely flexible because that is how I flow. Being organized throughout my day, week, month allows me to be free during my personal time; to embrace and enjoy the flow of life, especially when it comes to traveling.
