Don’t you love it when books inspire your little readers? These four books feature our favourite #YoungImagineers who set out to change the world one invention at a time. They imagine, design, create and build, testing, modifying and retesting along the way! I love that they show us about not following the beaten path and being true to your own fascinations and interests. And usually after reading one of these brilliant books, BookBairn wants to get out one of our building toys and make a gadget or gizmo of her very own!
If you’ve got a little scientist, engineer or inventor and love doing #STEM activities at home, why not enter in @equinor and the @ScienceMuseum Young Imagineers competition to find Britain's most imaginative and creative young people. Children aged 7-14 have to come up with an invention to make tomorrow's world a better place. Just submit a simple sketch and 100 words explaining their invention. The winning idea will be made into a model that will go on display! Doesn’t that sound so cool?!
We’d love to hear all your cool ideas! And good luck! #ad
