I am not here to sell or promote any product, just wanted to share some info that I have gained over the last few weeks and maybe help someone! After writing a very extensive research paper on how gut health affects the brain and body as a whole, I have come to the conclusion that I have to take back personal control over my health! The body is made up of ONLY the things we put into it. You are, very literally, exactly what you eat. I don't know about you, but I am sick of being sick, mentally and physically... By feeding our bodies ultraprocessed and sugary foods, we are making fuel for bad bacteria in the gut to take over causing anxiety, depression, mental fog, inflammation, IBS, ADHD, bipolar moods and all kinds of other symptoms of illness. Adding good bacteria to the body can level out hormones and neurotransmitters, reduce inflammation, aid in digestion, and reduce allergy symptoms!
I am committing to changing my diet to more natural whole foods, whenever possible, because I want to feel better and be healthier! Along with eating more fruits and veggies, I wanted to add probiotics to my belly, but without supplementation. I am wanting to heal as naturally as possible and I have found that kombucha is a great aid in doing so with a ton of live cultures and different strains of good bacteria! I do have to say that kombucha is an acquired taste, but finding the right flavor is key. I personally found the trilogy flavor to be pure love! Everyone is different and I recommend trying them all to see which one you'd like best.
