AGC students are eating all the colors of the rainbow today! Vegan marinated tofu and veggie tacos or sustainably sourced fish tacos with Chef Eddie's green salsa and purple cabbage. Salad with cucumber, tomato, and baby greens, and spiced corn on the side. Juicy sweet cantaloupe for dessert. YUM! Healthy, delicious, and sustainable scratch-made meals are fuel for our students and educators to be the best they can be. Our 100% organic meal program is a pilot for the city, helping to creat sustainable sourcing pathways for schools across the district.
