Busy few days this weekend & now run out of my food prep from last week. Time for more food prep today starting with these simple Nori lunch wraps later from Anna Carlin’s book. (Pic from her book) So much you can do with Nori wraps. This one is with quinoa & a simple passion fruit sauce.
Nori is also a great source of micronutrients, containing more vitamins and minerals than most vegetables and fruit. It's a particularly full of vitamins B12 and C (with more vitamin C than a comparable amount in an orange!), as well as the minerals iron, calcium and zinc. #soulcandiclub#foodprep#nori#seaweed
