It's often said that Tassie rewards those who venture off the beaten track in pursuit of hidden gems. Sure, there are the iconic locations and landscapes for which our island state is renowned. But there are equally as breathtaking opportunities that sometimes require a bit of local knowledge, know-how and guidance in order to be unearthed. For example, @kerrin_lovell recently discovered the aptly named Secret Falls when exploring the forested flanks of @hobartandbeyond's kunanyi / Mount Wellington. They're tucked away along the Myrtle Gully Track - one of an extensive network of walking trails that link Hobart’s waterfront with the summit of 'The Mountain'. Take some time and you never know... Thanks for tagging #discovertasmania, Kerrin.
