All she wanted was his happiness, all he wanted was to bathe her in the pain that his ex lover threw on him. She poured every emotion out onto him, and that scared his fragile heart. His heart had been locked away, like a prisoner, entrapped in his own sorrow and mess. She craved his mind and saw past all his bruises. Yet,he still, broke her into a million pieces with every harsh, abusive word to push her away. But love, that feeling of pure care for someone, stayed with her broken heart. And every word he said, stayed buried within her with a smile, as she knew his heart was bleeding for her love, yet his mind was scared to experience her overwhelming passion towards a man who did nothing but not believe in deserving the power of love.
She never wanted him to feel the pain he overwhelmed her with, she wanted him to trust her heart and to give her a chance to love him just the way his soul deserves. Yet for him, her heart was not enough, her soft touch was like fire on his skin, bringing back memories of the woman that hurt him. Her eyes sparkled when he looked at her, her body cried out for his embrace, yet he left her standing in the rain, slowly demolishing her internal sparkle. She let his hands touch her naked body, the roughness of his hands felt so warm, the roughness of his voice excited her, but most of all the beat of his heart on her chest, made her feel that he is the one. She adored his past, adored his strength, but for him, she was another woman bound to break his heart. She tried to lose her passion for him, but the more she tried the more she fell deeper into his soul. She wasnt an experienced lover, but for him she wanted to experience everything. She wanted to see him standing tall and powerful, she wanted to grow with him. She ended up moving cities, but noticed that even if she travelled so far from him, he was permenantly inked inside her heart. The battle of loving a man and not holding him in your arms, pains your soul. So instead, to keep him alive around her, she picked up her pen and paper and wrote. She wrote about her lost love for him, and she wrote about the strong and courageous man he was. She loved him. She still does. #writer
