The good stuff is always worth the work it takes
Training the back is equally as important as training other body parts...Here's why:
a)It improves your posture
b)Makes you have a strong back
c)It improves your spine's stability
d)Makes you have an attractive sexy back
Still working on improving my form but hey practise eventually makes perfect....
Word of caution though,stretch out the back prior to working it to prevent injury
