Sweet Lukshen Kugel
1 10-12 oz bag noodles (thin or medium)
5 eggs, lightly beaten
1 C brown sugar
2 T honey
1/2 C oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Cook noodles as per pkg directions. Drain and rinse. Mix all other ingredients, then add noodles and mix well. Pour into lined pan and bake 1 hour at 350, uncovered.
Tip: to prevent top of kugel from getting hard, lightly place a piece of foil, a bit angled for ventilation, over the top of the kugel when you remove it from the oven.
