Warm up: 2 sets lightweight -60kg bench for 8
-80kg for 6x
-100kg for 4x
-120kg for 5x
-120kg for 4x
-130kg for 1x
-110kg for 6x
-80kg for 12x
-80kg for 10x
-2x 60kgs for 15-20 reps
-1x 40 kgs for 30reps

This week is upper/lower body split - lately I like this split routine and probably will keep on doing it for a while!I train 5 days a week so I will have 3 lower body workouts and 2 upper body.My legs are sore from yesterday so some of the ab exercises (that I will post in my Insta Story) were a little bit challenging because of it!I hate it when I do abs and can’t focus on the ab burn because my legs burn as well:))
back to high bar today, felt a little rough!! back was a bit sore today but gotta remember sometimes the back pain is actually just doms, just like we get in every other muscle. sometimes we panic when we feel it in our backs! obviously just be wary and make sure you know the difference between injury and doms!
anyway it was sore but once I did I decent warm up and a few warm up sets it felt a lot better!
today's squats were back to
●high bar 2x1 at my old pb weight and then 4x4 really enjoying squats at the moment!! ●afterwards I did a quick shoulder workout, my usual strict over head press s/s with lat raises
dumbbell press with front raises and barbell shrugs, we try build some traps

face pulls with band
Legs are still beyond sore from the workout Sunday combined with endless stairs at work yesterday. ♀️

Cet exercice c'est un mélange d'amour et de haine!
Pas la grande forme en ce moment, je stagne, j'ai l'impression que mes épaules veulent se faire la malle, la chaleur me tue... Avant ces sentiments m'auraient miné le moral et je me serais sentie nulle, j'aurais culpabilisé. Aujourd'hui, j'accepte ces moments de faiblesse et me demande pourquoi, et comment je peux y remédier. Récupération, nutrition, et compréhension de soi sont les meilleures armes pour ne pas se laisser aller à la déprime, et continuer à progresser malgré tout!
