Had some fun lifting heavy today! First time ever attempting 315, I used a sling shot from @mbslingshot but progress is progress! 3 plates on bench has been a huge goal of mine and it feels awesome to finally put it in my hands! When it comes to goal setting always have mini stepping stones but don’t be afraid to have some far reaching ones to really push yourself! The mini goals should be set to keep track of your progress to the final goal.
