Urlaub 🤩🙋🏻‍♀️ Seit gestern hab ich Urlaub. Es wurde auch mal Zeit 😬 Bei mir steht keine große Reise an, eher Pflichtbesuche bei Omi und Freunden☺️ Freitag steht dann auch noch eine Hochzeit auf dem Plan und Samstag ein Umzug. Wie ihr seht bin ich voll ausgeplant 😅🙈 Dann ist auch nicht mehr viel dran am Urlaub. Nächste Woche gehts schon los mit der neuen Arbeitsstelle. Davon Berichte ich dann ab den 1.08 mehr und wie es für mich war einen neuen Weg einzuschlagen 🙂 #mutzurveränderung 🙋🏻‍♀️ Gleich gehts mit einer sehr guten Freundin von mir frühstücken 😋😍 Darauf freue ich mich auf jeden Fall schon 🙂 Was steht bei euch an? 🤔So what is this magical intermittent fasting thing?

😋It’s literally just a meal timing strategy that will make creating a calorie deficit easier.. That’s what it is. Nothing more, nothing less. Yes, there are some other benefits to it but the main use should be to create a deficit.

For me personally I’ve found that an 8 hour eating window works best for me. For others an 6 hour or 10 hour eating window might work better. Choose whatever time frame that works for you and run with it! People telling you, “you’re only allowed to have a 6 hour eating window” refer to IF as some magical thing. That’s not how I want to use it. It’s just a meal timing strategy. Choose a timeframe that works for you!!

Also, I like have my last meal 2 hour before I go to bed so I don’t wake up starving, this helps me in adhering to not eating in the morning better.

These are the time windows that work best for me, but if you find that different time windows work better for you, by all means go for it and make it work for you

Om jeg elsker morgentræning? Ja!
Synes jeg det er fedt at stå tidligt op? NEJ!
Men jeg kan godt lide at planlægge min træning så det går mindst muligt udover min familietid.
Og så synes jeg det er en dejlig start på dagen.
Jeg vil gerne træne 6 pas om ugen. 6 eftermiddage eller aftener dur bare ikke for mig, så går jeg for meget på kompromis med min tid med min søn ✨

Dagens træning er klaret og nu vil jeg gå hjem og vække junior ❤️
