β–ͺ️ Side lunges 30 sec. Important that your knee follows the same direction as your toes and that you don't put any weight on the elevated leg.
β–ͺ️Squat jumps 30 sec. Try to make every jump smooth and land with bent knees.
β–ͺ️Elevated lunge with knee tuck 30 sec/leg. Keep your knee slightly bent through out the whole movement. β–ͺ️Seated leg crunches 30 sec. Meet your knees with your upper body in the middle and sqeeze your abs.
β–ͺ️Russian twists 60 sec. Keep balanced and use your torso to move the weight.
β–ͺ️ Plank pull-through 30sec. You'll feel this in your whole body, trust me 😏😁πŸ’ͺ
Rest 3 minutes and repeat 4 times!

πŸ’₯ARE YOUR ACTIONS MATCHING YOUR AMBITIONS?

We talk about how we want to lose weight.
.
We talk about how we want to go to the gym more.
.
However, many times we find ourselves falling short of these goals.
.
But in these moments, we need to audit ourselves. Are our actions matching our ambitions?
.
Are we truly putting in the necessary work required to reach our goal?
.
If we’re not achieving it, the answer is either β€œNo” or we simply don’t have the right strategy in place.
.
Quite often it’s the former.
.
I’ll admit I’m far from perfect. When I’m falling short of my goals, it’s usually because I’m putting in less than the required amount of work to achieve them.
.
We see one of the stars in a movie or TV show, and we want the exact body that person has.
.
So we’ll workout hard and eat well for the next couple of days. But then we realize it’s harder than we thought, so we quit.
.
You know who doesn’t quit?
.
The person who has the body you want.
.
There are going to be times you really don’t feel like meal prepping or going to the gym, but you have to do it anyway.
.
If you feel like you don’t have enough time in the day to get it done, you need to either evaluate where in the day you’re wasting time or re-adjust your goal to make it more manageable for your lifestyle.
