...Did forward walking crossovers to really feel where my center of gravity is. It took me so long to get this ok looking video. I don’t know why crossovers are so hard! Again whenever my left leg is forward and I have my weight on it I have such a hard time balancing. I think if I keep practicing this it’ll really help with single leg skating and improve my balance on my left leg (video 1).
...Attempted backwards braiding but couldn’t balance when my left leg was back. Again, whenever I have weight on my left leg my balance is gone. This just further confirmed that I need to work on the left leg balance and to keep practicing this move.
