Throwback to that day we were on the road to Banff just before the new year of 2019. .
This past few months has been a busy, stressful, but an experience of some new challenges. I definitely haven’t felt my best mentally and physically. That is why it is so important for self care and I encourage it as much as possible. It doesn’t mean leave the problems it means resolve the problems. .
My nutrition this past year has consists of a lot of sugar, junk, fast food which can affect you mentally and physically. I was going to the gym, and working out 2-3x a week to a couple times a month. Which for me is my way to destress, sort my thoughts, and stay motivated to do better mentally and physically. .
We can all fix how we look on the outside but when you don’t “feel” it in the inside that becomes a problem. Don’t run from them, manage them and make time to balance your life, family, and take care of yourself. 💕
