Wanna make a bet? Meet Max @smirnovmaxfit - he and I have a bet going. I’m cutting out all sugar from my diet and he is going to meditate for 30 days. The first one to quit gets slimed… A huge bucket of slime poured on your head….
Here are the rules: No sugar and not just the kind I add to my coffee but the sneaky kind hidden in juices, sodas, ketchup and yes…Alcohol.
For me the worst part of sugar is that it interferes with my bodies ability to know that I’m full. Setting me up for a whole craving cycle that has me eating a lot more than I intended. Combine that with my arthritis and inflammation and ugghh not pretty. So…. when I mentioned to Max that I was going to do this he asked me to help him get started on his meditation journey. Ta Da a challenge was born.
