T E A - After a crappy day at work, topped off with coming out of work to a cracked windscreen on my car 😫 I almost ordered a take away and thought ‘fxck it’. But why make my day any worse by feeling guilty about food! So Iceland SW lasagne, added 1 HeA of cheese on top of it with a spinach, cucumber, beetroot and mushroom side 😌
Little seed, berry & oat mix for breakfast followed by watermelon slices after down by the beach. In my little pot was: . 20g oats (3 syns) . 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed (1.5 syns) . 2 tbsp white Chia seeds (HEB) . 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk (part HEA) . 1 tsp vanilla extract (free), 1 tsp cinnamon (free), 1 tsp stevia (free) or you could use maple syrup or date syrup to sweeten it if you preferred (around 0.5 syns per tsp) . Frozen blueberries & raspberries crushed in (speed) . Sooooooo yummy 😋 .
Happy Sunday! Just completed my food shop for the week! I do have staples in my cupboard and fresh foods like mince & potatoes etc from last week. Can't wait to get cooking this afternoon ready for an exciting week ahead of me! I normally hate Monday's but I'm already wishing my Sunday away for my first weigh in Monday morning. I've worked so hard this week and stuck to my plan 100%. Hopefully the numbers will show that! 💛 💪
