If only it was that simple to stop binging, it’s really not. Sadly I will never stop too. I can only hope for long periods of time in between. I may have notbinged yesterday or today but all I’ve thought about is when I can do it again. .
GAAAAHHHH!! So frustrating! I’ve been good this week considering I’ve been contending with the mother of all hormone surges, a brewing head cold and making sure we are all prepped for this weekend. I know it’s 0.5lb but when I’m so close to target it’s 0.5lb the wrong way! I’m trying to tell myself that I’m feeling leaner & smaller, so it must be 0.5lb of muscle! Well that’s what I’m telling myself! . Aiming to stay on plan as much as I can over the next week considering we go away on Friday, and if I can finish up at next weigh in with a maintain or less than a 1lb gain I’ll be happy! . . .
