First BBQ of 2019, at the in-laws. Burgers from the butcher, homemade chips and salad. Cheese for my HEXA and 7syns for the roll. Then corn on cob, chicken, pork steak and salad for second course. Yum!

• L I M I T S • Weight day quotes are my favourites to find, this one speaks volumes to me because today I really struggled with my 5k because I’m just not fit - but as soon as I got to the last downhill bit, I’ve never ran faster 🏃🏼♀️ . Our only limits are our minds and it proved that today and I was really annoyed! Because if I didn’t have the mentality that I can’t do it, then I could probably do it faster than I did instead of stopping and moaning that I couldn’t go on 🥵 . Ahh well there’s always next time to beat my PB and hopefully the better mentality will come with it 💪🏼
• L A S T N I G H T • Forgot to post this loveliness from last night, this was our dinner - Diet Coke chicken 😋 it’s possibly one of my favourite sw meals, soooo easy to make and soooo tasty! . My brother came round so I could take him to practice his driving and he instantly went ‘ew what Diet Coke chicken? Sounds gross’ but when it was cooking he kept coming in and saying ‘that smells amazing’ and having a sneaky peak at what it actually was 😂 . Anyone else have people instantly think slimming world meals will be shite? They’re so flavoursome and yummy you can never get enough! Well I know I can’t 😍
FAMILY DAY .... having our living room plastered today so we’ve got out of his way and doing a bit of holiday shopping 🛍 111 days to go 🤗 Breakfast was 2 HiFi bars in the car
• S T R A W B E R R I E S • I’m feeling the spring/summer vibes today! Did a 5k run this morning - SOOOOOO HARD 😭 I normally do a run walk and it’s mostly walking with my PB 47 mins 😂, then today my dad didn’t let me do that, I walked about 3 mins in total possibly less and my new PB is 34 mins 👟⏱ don’t think I’ll ever beat that 🥵 . It’s weigh-day and I decided after that run I was gonna have a yummy breakfast to keep me going today (busy day ahead) so I made my baked oats a bit differently today and used yoghurt in it - GAME CHANGER . They’re so light and fluffy! Soooo yummy I’m in awe! A tbsp of strawberry jam to go on top with my strawberries makes this baby 2 syns of pure deliciousness 😋 and a well deserved treat if I do say so myself
