A but unsure on how to track today’s food but here goes. Full day of bridesmaid duties (bridal dress shopping plus lunch) Started off with medium semi skimmed latte was told 300ml Followed by an Apple and black coffee Lunch was out so I opted for the halloumi, courgette and red onion skewered kebab with a side of salad and more vegetables asked for no oil or dressing I didn’t touch any of the sauces on my plate plus the vegetables wasn’t cooked in oil but was there was a small amount of dressing... Also shared a portion of olives between 6 of us (I drank water and drove) Then tonight tea was left over syn free curry, rice and salad followed by more water and 0 more syns
@odeoncinemas date with my love ❤️ in the #odeongallery called for nacho’s ... not sure Of syns but I enjoyed every mouthful. We also went out for dinner - lamb shank, mash potato and veggies. Straight back on plan tomorrow . . . .
When you have date night with hubby, and remain bang on plan. . . Even though there burgers are to die for. . . Arbuckles chopped and changed it for me to remain on plan😇 couldn't fault the service, And remained strong on dessert front just didn't have one, this little lot was soooo good and syn free although I added 1 tbsp of Heinz light mayo 2 syns (took my own 😂) and 3 for bbq sauce 😋
Cookies and ice cream... 🍪❤️ Does it get better than this?! 🤤 Warm, white chocolate 🍫 and raspberry cookies (40g oats as HEB + 1.5 syns each) with @halotopuk oatmeal cookie flavoured ice cream (3.5), light squirty cream (1.5), sprinkles (0.5) and drizzled with a tsp of melted @lotusbiscoff spread (1.5). Perfect! 😍 10 syns for this plateful, leaving me on 13 for the day. 👌
Take a look at thus 😶😶😶😶😶😶 I saved my HexB for this bad boy!!! 1 ww wrap,1 banana 🍌,few blueberries, 1tbsp nutella (yes i licked the spoin after....wasnt wasting any) cinnamon and a sprinkle of sweetner. Zapped in microwave for 30 secs.....yum
😍😍😍 so good. Doesnt look like the typical diet food does it? But totally syn free when using your healthy extras.
Wholemeal bun (60g) for Hexb, 1 slice of dairylea light cheese for half hexa. The reason I've been able to lose weight and not give up is because I enjoy the food I cook, I don't feel like I'm restricting myself. Tonight I made burgers and fries using @spicentice gourmet burger blend and chips and wedges. 1/3 of the plate is salad and a small portion of chips.
