The holidays are quickly approaching and with that comes numerous unhealthy options. Whether that be at home, in the office, eating out, or at the grocery store - the holidays will test you!
Don't let your diet go to shit this holiday season eat what you want but everything in MODERATION. Just because you ate a "not so healthy meal" today does not mean you let the rest of the day's meals go to shit, BALANCE that with healthier choices throughout the rest of the day.
Next, be PREPARED, when we're hungry we tend to reach for just about anything so be sure to keep healthy meals/snacks within reach at all times so instead of reaching for that extra cookie in the breakroom when you get hungry at 3pm you can reach for the apple in your bag.
Lastly, HYDRATE - water, water, water - we tend to eat when we are bored or avoiding something (myself included 😂) but staying hydrated will help you determine if you are truly hungry or just eating out of boredom.
