Dinner out tonight at @wildwoodrestaurants was the bruschetta caprese which was so nice & the sweet potato & butternut squash salad with added chicken which wasn’t amazing but was nice enough & I feel good that I avoided my absolute fav hoi sin duck pizza, which my friend sat opposite me had, slight bit of food envy happening😩 Wildwood isn’t on the WW app so I’ve guesstimated 10SP for the bruschetta (based on an Ask version) & 5SP for the salad (just pointed the sweet potato, dried cranberries & salad dressing) Didn’t even have to touch my weeklies, can you tell I really want a loss this weekπŸ’œ

Lunch presented 2 ways✨This week in WW classes we’re discussing lunches & yesterday I stated to my Sunday morning class that if something looks good I tend to enjoy it more (I’ve learnt that I’m a very visual person)✨With that in mind I decided to try & make my lunches look a bit more exciting this week as I often eat from Tupperware. Same food in both pics, a chicken & stuffing sandwich (4) with cucumber & tomatoes (0) but by putting it onto a plate I do feel that I enjoyed it slightly more, am I weird or does anyone else feel like this?

I had this hours ago but didn’t have a chance to post, chocolate mug cake for breakfast for 1SP served with FF Greek yoghurt (0) & strawberries (0)✨I’m feeling good after 3 days 100% on plan, out for dinner tonight at @wildwoodrestaurants but I’m determined to have a good loss this week to try & get me back to that 6 stone loss before Ibiza on Sunday so need to choose wisely, got all my weeklies & extras (from rollovers) to play with so all goodπŸ‘

Going simple with meals this week to make it easier for myself to stay on track. This lunch was scrummy. Ham and tomato thin with light salad cream a little salad and a couple of boiled eggs. Boiled eggs and salad cream is one of my favs to put together πŸ˜‹

A little lesson in scanning before you buy/eat. I had in my head that this sandwich was 7SP so grabbed it at Tesco however I think there is a lighter version that is 7SP however this one is 11SP. Could be worse but I do begrudge using that many SP on a sandwich😩

Finally trying the new @weightwatchersuk filter with a snap from Friday night at the races for my friends birthday🐎Had a lovely night despite no winners (standard for me). My weekend has been rather flexible SP wise (in other words I didn’t really count) so the rest of the week I’ll be trying to rein it in to pull it back, this is why I love flex, you don’t have to miss out on social events because of a β€˜diet’, rollovers are a god sendπŸ‘
