Feelin lazy so I whipped up this super easy dinner tonight ♀️ mixed greens and zucchini noodles in a homemade avocado sauce (avo• lemon• olive oil• salt + pepper• garlic• water for consistency) topped with sautéed mushrooms and a @traderjoes mahi mahi burger
Absolutely loved playing around with @polanne_nordicbynature’s organic Nordic lingonberry powder in this #skyrbowl! Lingonberries are native to Finland and are very high in polyphenols, which are said to help with inflammation, cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes
This is a pb/jelly sandwich. I've been very motivated for the past week until I started to take the contraceptive pill. It makes so hungry and craving bad food and moody for no reason. So between the me trying to lose the 10kg I gained back and this monster pill I'm taking.. this is just the worst combo ever.
I'm still hanging there tho! I know I can do it one step at a time and I give myself a period of 6 months to lose the fat! I can do it
How was your weekend? We're having a great time here in Puerto Rico! It's been quite hot so I've been staying hydrated drinking lots of infused water! Have you guys tried my cucumber, mint and jalapeño infused water yet? By using just one jalapeño in a pitcher/jug you get a little jalapeño kick without the heat! Hope you have a great week ahead!
