The ideas might not be amazing at the start and you might feel like you're done by your fifth idea, but keep going, have fun with the remaining five. It's not about having a perfect list!
Make a commitment to yourself to do it everyday for 3 weeks. If you're super serious about getting that idea muscle really expanding, then do it everyday for 3 months. You could even make it a part of your daily routine.
You'll know it's working when your mind feels sparkling, fresh, clean. You'll notice your brain start to absorb information around you more readily. Ideas will flow when you actually need them, you'll be able to better spot opportunities. It will make you smarter, more creative and more productive.
