Dear @_sarahwilson_ ,
You changed my life. I am forever indebted to you for your ‘I Quit Sugar’ program & freeing me from a destructive, dangerously unhealthy addiction that had caused me endless stress, body image issues, weight gain, low self esteem & other health problems for almost 30 years. Not only did you change my life, your work, knowledge, dedication & passion through IQS changed my husband’s life, and ultimately, our children’s. That means the world to me, as they are my world. I cannot express just how grateful I am for your bravery, determination & willingness to stand up against the corruption & critics that are so clearly in denial about the effects of sugar. I can’t imagine it’s been an easy road for you, especially when living with anxiety. Your IQS program taught me how to have a healthy relationship with food. I’ve never enjoyed eating so much. I learned how to cook well. I reaped the benefits of extra energy & mental clarity that I wasn’t aware were missing from my life. I learned a valuable lesson about the importance of food freedom. No guilt attached to anything I eat anymore. You will forever have my gratitude, respect, admiration & support. The way you have chosen to take this next step in your life (along with the very essence of what you are turning your focus to now) even further solidifies my faith, trust & confidence in you. I hope that anyone who has been thinking of quitting sugar (because deep down they KNOW it’s damaging) takes this last valuable opportunity to sign up for the IQS program, which has been so well structured to help people experience the joy of living a life free from the addictive control of fructose. I’m only starting out my journey as a blogger, but as part of the IQS community I will try my best to share that not only is it possible to live a life without fructose, but it’s also one of the best things someone could ever do for their health, the health of their children & generations to come. I wish you all the best with everything you do. Thank you for everything you have already done. Yours, a fellow anxiety sufferer & now lifelong EX-sugar addict.
