So I've had this @solameasuringtools 48" level for a while now and feel like I can give an opinion about it.
As shown in the first picture, I really like using it for quickly plumbing up balusters. I'm not sure if I like the dark green shaded sides of the viles around the bubble in every situation. If you're in a closet it can be hard to see as it doesn't let a lot of light in. But in this, and in many others, it's actually really nice. Easy to see and make adjustments.
Other than that, it's a level 🤷♂️. Not a lot of features to go over. I was told before I received this level that the little plastic inserts that surround the vials come loose and come off. I had a little bit of that. But it hasn't changed the performance of the level. So what's the most important feature of your work vehicle? That it gets you where you need to go. What's the most important feature of your level? That it's accurate. So far it is and like having a reliable vehicle, that's what's most important to me.
The last thing I could comment on is reliability and longevity. But I just haven't had it long enough to say. I have a Stabila that I bought back when I started that still works. But it will take a few years to be able to say anything about the Sola.
