Turn off the screens, no computer, no network, the forest is probably the best place to disconnect. And at the same time be connected to something benevolent and soothing.
I love my job and the way my life takes, but I need a decompression chamber. Step by step I learn to let go and enjoy the moment, without trying to plan everything and control every second. Not easy for me. But I am persevering and my lack of strength is offset by my pride.
Don't be addicted anymore, no longer be in a toxic relationship and believe that I can't think and breathe on my own. Feel who I am, what I want, what I'm able to do. Get out of my comfort zone. This break in the middle of nature is a great way to turn off my brain on everyday concerns. To better appreciate this life that is emerging.
Thanks to this "little" guy who introduced me to bushcraft and makes me feel alive. Soon I'll have the guts to sleep alone in the forest, but before: I have to learn to use a compass, because sense of direction is obviously not written on my DNA!
