Try this: One Apple (for fiber) and two tuna fish packets (for protein). Don’t worry, the tuna fish packets come in a variety of different flavors & there are even salmon versions out there, too! Just be aware that changing up the foods will slightly change up the calories/macros.
Whenever I make food recommendations, I prioritize price 💰 & convenience. Not only can you find all of these options at your local Target, Wal-Mart, or grocery store, but you can find them cheaply. Plus, they’re easy to store & transport.
