Can you relate to this? He's always had the nickname of "pup pup" (amongst some rather colourful others ), as he is the only dog we've had from a puppy.
Recently, we've noticed some very small changes: he sleeps more often, he's more 'selective' with his hearing and generally being a little slower. Whilst some of this could be because of the weather, we've been here before with another dog where all of a sudden he just seemed to have aged overnight.
At the age of 10 we know this is age related and that Osteoarthritis is kicking in. He's on supplements, pain relief and he'll have his very own pool to strengthen those joints and his core. All of this is so important to ensure he's as comfortable, strong and pain free as possible.
“Coming Mum....oh look stick...”
How good is your recall?
My recall has always been pretty good, but I don’t always come all the way back to mum ♀️
Do you have any cool games that you play to improve your recall?
| L U K A | Anni, come back and help me catch the toad. He's back.
A wonderful #Sunday spent at the #beach with family... we swam in the sea (until I got stung by a jelly fish), picnicked and generally #frolicked about - great fun!
Sapphire and Melody (the #spaniels ) had their first proper swim in the river. They loved it. Splashing about seemed to get them quite excited which was lovely to watch. I think they're starting to love #costallife
