The Spiritual Journey is not so much about Heaven and finally basking in eternal love, as it is about awakening, learning, healing, refining, growing and pruning the heart to a place of consistency in the transmutation of brokenness into love and restored wholeness, within ourselves and others. It is the process of unraveling the knotted parts of the heart, the clipping away of dead or overgrown branches or stems (beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, world views etc), largely to increase fruitfulness and growth of character, the process of reconciliation between the distorted carnal mind and the mind of Supreme Truth, a rebirth and renewal guided by The Holy Spirit, and a never-ending process of deeper and deeper awakening that consistently unfolds a new life for the one who chooses it.
The Spiritual Journey is a pilgrimage back home to our Divine Source and our Divine Identity, a journey back to love. So, don't lose heart, instead trust the process.
