The journey of life is a bit like an onion - continually peeling back the layers of self to expose deeper aspects of who we are.
Aspects that we become aware of as they feel ready and safe enough to be revealed to us - all in perfect and divine timing for who we are and who we are meant to be in this evolution of self.
This past week has been one of sickness for me - physical and emotional releases, transformation, and re-building. Nurturing, restoring and re-aligning my physical and subtle bodies.
I have spent the week listening to, and honouring the needs of my body. Falling into self-care and gentleness in a space of sacred surrender - trusting, being.
Allowing and accepting of the ebb, knowing with certainty that its in these spaces that we find a higher / deeper level of ourselves and the flow that follows, brings greater clarity and wisdom, acceptance, self love and ease.
A reminder of the gratitude for the strength of this amazing vehicle that is my body - its ability to hold, heal, repair and transform and allow me to experience life through my senses.
