Sprø svor! Yes, the crackling on the pork roast was crispy and good and the roasted duck as well. Red cabbage salad with citrusfruit, pears, apples and nuts, red cabbage cooked with a dash of vinegar and sweetened with boysenberry jam, and the traditional "vendsysselsk grønlangkål" - cooked green kale with a little sugar and double cream! Caramellized potatoes and duck sauce, and lingonberries of course. (Tyttebær) Very Danish/Norwegian food on Christmas eve the 24th of December. The next day - yesterday - more of the same but served with home baked gluten free hamburger buns so you could compose your own, with roasted vegetables and tiny arabic sausages -maaneh - on the side. Today l am not having any dinner at all! Enough is enough 😚🎅
There were so many presents to open. My son's orwegian Godmother gave him knitted Christmas baubles - strikkede juletrekuler - a Norwegian idea, originally by two guys; Arne and Carlos.. #arneogcarlos. Very cute!
These were with the beloved Marius-pattern. ❤🌲❤🎄❤🌲❤🎄❤🌲❤🎄❤🌲❤🎄❤
