Nutrition doesn’t have to be boring! Tonight we made Mango/Chipotle Seasoned Chicken Breast cooked in coconut oil, sweet potato puffs with fresh cucumber and tomato. This meal took less than 30 minutes to prepare, and tastes incredible!
