squats QUICKLY became my hardest lift and the one i struggled with the most. i don’t know why but they became so frustrating and difficult, yet the most rewarding one when i do PR. i was telling ryan yesterday how 135lb for my first two sets was moving super slowwww, it was frustrating. even my warm ups were looking ROUGH. he then recommended me to do a 3x5 and maybe my linear progression is coming to an end. i felt like i was stalling out. my life at that point was in shambles. LMFAO. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
i did 135lb for 2x5 and my last set was an AMRAP of 11. E L E V E N. WHAT IN TARNATION. mentally, i thought i was gonna hit like what 4????? and thats what i believed with my past sets too. i think when i’m being recorded i can’t bitch out or sumn. im as confused as u are probably. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
