During these past 1.5years I've learned so much about fitness and nutrition and now looking back I realise how clueless I was about so many things, so over next few weeks will focus on giving you guys some value back and share things I learned.
Some of them will be really basic, so won't be as interesting to people who already have some understanding about fitness, but I met quite a few people that have no idea about those simple things and keep running rat's race with no way out.
