Before each attempt: 3 bar facing burpees
Every 10 completed reps: increase weight
Solid snatch session today with copious amounts of sweat!
Everything went smoothly, except I did 11 reps at 175 (lost count, added one to make sure), and I failed one rep at 205. Only 6 extra burpees, I’m happy with it!

Post workout accessory:
4 sets, 20 Cossack Squats (10 each side)
Used pairs of KBs:
Mobility must be combined with strength and vice versa!
Here’s the end of the final set at 53s. I have a feeling this will be a new type of soreness tomorrow!
