Best Shoulder Exercises with the fighter.
If you want to work-out smart and prevent injuries while getting massive results then you need to train smart and avoid certain exercises such as the upright row, behind the head military press and of course the triceps dips on a bench.
The big exercises that produce results are the military press, the Arnold press....and of course bag work/pad work to work those smaller muscles and maintain explosiveness and mobility in your arms.
It's a good idea to split your shoulder work-outs to two times a week....one session being for power and the other for muscular growth.
You also want to make your warm up on another day, a heavy bag/pads set to engage those smaller muscles and to keep your arms lean so they get that athletic fighter look.
