Good morning fit PEOPLE !!! Last night I made (again)a porridge with peanut butter !
It includes -40gr oat
-28gr raisins
-1 tsp peanut butter -1sp of chia seeds
This time I let chia seeds in porridge . I learned that it is more beneficial for our intestine to leave chia seeds overnight because they secrete one substance only when they soak .
🌸280 calories🌸 ( 1sp of chia has 40 calories but I don't count them because our organism throw chia away really fast through the day) ~STAY HEALTHY~

Being sick sucks.
Do you know the feeling, the moment in which you think - oh, I can also do that !? No matter how stressful and stuffed the week already is, I also do this and that?! The last week was exactly like this.
Yesterday I thought, ok maybe slow it a bit down, don't do too much too fast. Watch your body, give it a break. Otherwise you will get sick.
And what do you think happened? I woke up today and feel completely exhausted. My throat is swollen and hurts a lot. My body says STOP! Take a break! (and believe me, the tone isn't that friendly). Here in the social media usually solutions are presented, but unfortunately I have to admit that I have no solution for my problem. Except maybe a lesson that can draw from it. Listen to your body. It might sound stupid now, the thought came to me a few days late, but you can change it now. Listen to yourself. Your body always sends signals and lets you know when something is wrong. Your job is just to listen. In that sense, please learn from my mistake and be very nice to your body. You only have that one. And to be honest - it's awesome ♥️ PC📸: @yogaheroo

This is important to me and I hear it is to other parents too. My kids don’t get pizza unless it has at least 3 vegetables on it. We chose chicken, black olives, broccoli, bell peppers and mushrooms. They ate it all. Why? They do not have a choice, it is what is given to them - no daiya cheese pizza without colors!! (belle picked the olives peppers and broccoli and Hope picked mushrooms and chicken) I eat it too. I don’t ask what they want to eat very often or their options are several healthy choices (sweet potatoes or cauliflower, carrots or broccoli, and yes, Brussels sprouts or asparagus!?) but first day off of school and they went everywhere from the gym to the doctor to a resort to buy gift cards to the office to swim lessons with me that day. They NEED vegetables and protein, we all do. They are so active that eating sugar and carbs only or too often would be a disaster. It isn’t easy, but if it is not an option to skip veggies then they know nothing else. #getyourkidstoeathealthy #strictmom #vegetableseverywhere #leadbyexample #teachthemyoung don’t get me wrong, they push back because they have won this subject with others but mama doesn’t mess around. Dus waarom zouden mannen de typische “women” exercises ook niet wat vaker toe passen? Too much macho?

Niet elke kerel in de gym is per definitie gezegend met de JCVD’s koket du kadet! En niet bij alle mannen voelen de glutes zich genoodzaakt in noemenswaardig volume toe te nemen na al dat geploeg op low rep-heavy squats, deadlifts, hipthrusts, lunges, et cetera.
