Well, I have finally graduated from my kinesiology program. After 3 years of school its all finished and can finally say I'm a graduate.
However, this experience has not just given me more knowledge in ability to apply concepts to human movement, but it has also shown me my capacity to focus, apply, commitment, diligence and more important see through every opportunity.
So here we are.
Thought of the week: Opportunities
I am so fortunate and grateful to have the support of my family and friends to further my passion and see this opportunity through. So what makes a situation an opportunity? Well by definition its just a set of circumstances that make it possible to do something. So with that in mind, aren't there opportunities everywhere? I believe there is some may be harder to attain than others, but overall especially in Canada, opportunities are everywhere for everyone. Now some people would disagree and of course theres always two sides to the coin, however, I don't think its especially helpful to cultivate that perspective. We all have different circumstances and opportunities, but the big thing is we all have them, i think it depends on how hard you want to work to create them. Theres this idea that when making choices, things are very simple, not always but usually its deciding between two things. However, depending on the circumstance these choices can be easy or hard. But to say that simple and easy are the same thing is just not correct. Do you have opportunity? I think you do, we all do. Don't let the difficulty dictate whether it is or not, its still an opportunity and some will come at a higher cost than others.
All my love to you all. #thrive #oppurtunity #thoughtoftheweek #wednesday #humpdaythoughts #lostcause #philosophy #staytrue #speaktruly #articulated #betrue #bereal #sunsets
