Thoughts, Become, Things!
How I’ve come to understand
quantum physics on a basic level,
is that like attracts like, and thoughts
We’re making thousands of decisions
every minute, of every day.
What to think about, what to focus on
and how to feel about it.. .
Whether we’re conscious of this or not. .
Big or Small, these decisions are
shaping our life.
If we tried to monitor every thought,
it would be pretty impossible.
When I started my journey to a more
positive way of being, I would firstly begin
to recognise and pay attention to
how I was feeling.
Which is good indicator as to the
general pattern of thought you have.
I would catch myself feeling negative,
or sad, and interrupt that pattern
by changing my focus, my actions,
and the way I moved my body.
Studies show that someone’s overall
mood can improve, just by a change
in their posture, facial expression and breathing pattern!
As Tony Robbins says; “Motion creates emotion.” Changing your physiology means
changing your mental state and
breaking your negative patterns.
Great physiology therefore leads
to great emotions, and that is
one of the keys to getting unstuck.”
See if you can improve your mood
and re-focus by only making a few
Really small changes..standing
or sitting up straight at work or in your car,
take a deep breath!
Relax your face, Smile,
distract yourself with a book,
something productive or that you enjoy.
And begin to feel good now, making small changes. .
