realworld_tactical Back in the day when somebody told me I couldn’t do Superman pushups weighing 245lbs, so I was ok.... and I did them weighing 285lbs with a weighted vest, that training was cute so I added 500 lbs deadlifts at the end for reps.

I’m not a massive fan of Starbucks but this post it mainly to emphasise the vast differences in liquid calories.
Liquid calories are often under-looked and forgotten about when tracking calories or keeping a food log / diary.
They do very little for satiation and are pretty easy to reduce.

This little switch will save you 320 calories - the same amount of calories in a moderate sized dinner.

Leg workout: Leg extension 4x12. Leg curls 4x12. Single leg hack squat 4x10. Squat 4x10. Split squats 4x15. Stiff leg deadlifts 4x20. Seated calf raise 3x20. Standing calf raises 3x15. Rep tempo for all exercises is 3:1:2:0. That’s a three second negative rep with a one second lift. A two second pause at the bottom of the movement and no pause at the top of the movement. This is an intense leg workout I recommend about 60-65% of your 1RM and make sure to eat slow burning carbs before and after your workout.
