Our Community is SW London… let’s get to know the people who make this part of London so great!
Meet Charlotte, also known as London Art Nanny - @ldnartnanny
SW London has been Charlotte’s base since she moved to London 6 years ago. It was where she found her first studio flat, local grocery stores, gyms etc. Charlotte fell in LOVE with Battersea Park, which still is her go to when escaping the busy buzz of city life. Coming from a small island on the coast of Finland, she loves connecting with nature daily.
With a strong passion for art and culture, BAC (Battersea Art Centre) has been an important place for Charlotte over the years in SW London. If it's just for a coffee break, a street dance course, theatre, or just heading over with little ones to let them crawl off some energy at the bees knees – she says they offer a lot under the same roof for everyone!
Whilst not a huge lover of shopper, Charlotte is a big fan of eating out and her top tip for the area…@kaosarnlondon because it has ‘absolutely amazing Thai food!’ Charlotte, @ldnartnanny provides private art classes in the comfort of your home, with unique crafts, canvas painting, drawing and colour study on the menu - for ALL ages. This can be 1-to-1 or arty playdates with a friend or two. The sessions are planned according to the little ones' development level and age. @ldnartnanny brings the material, your little ones do the exploring and learning! Charlotte says, ‘I also run pop up group sessions. We have one more group session coming up for pre -schoolers Thursday 28th of February at 10:00 am at Skylark SW18 - get in touch if this is of interest! Booking required (only 5 spaces left).’
