Not an easy exercise for me so working progress.. scissors into openings. I find it hard to maintain the position of the pelvis and not allow my flexibility to over take the stability of the exercise. It feels great to open the hips joints and have the legs in the air! Maintain the engagement of the legs throughout think of “lifting the kneecap up the leg” to avoid hyperextending and losing the engagement of the quad and hamstring. Try to relax the neck, keep the eye line up to the ceiling.
