My client Michelle @mak_dene has been with me for a good few months now! Her goal was (with other goals too) to be able to do two things... pull ups and tricep dips without the resistance band... what did she do yesterday?!... one/two pull ups and tricep dips without the resistance band and ALL with her own body weight😱🤭👏💪!! I mean what is going on?!... goals being smashed! I am one very very proud PT that is for sure! Still time to make them perfect but what a great start!
Choose to be the best you can be! In whatever you want to do!! Anything is possible!! Just believe in yourself and nudge away at those dreams, goals and make them reality! It so worth it!
