Hey guys!! Look who’s still alive Sorry we haven’t posted for a while— we’re in that awkward moment between school and university— results come out on Thursday and Friday, so we’re both pretty nervous about that!! To try and curb my nerves, I decided to pull out some poems from the new HSC English Extension 1 syllabus and analyse them. This particular one is by Seamus Heaney— I really enjoy reading and working through his poems. He’s very talented with attracting all of your senses simultaneously and I think he’s a very good selection for that particular module! We may potentially go live or post again later on this week— it just depends how crazy life gets. Again, thank you so much to all of you for sticking with us and dealing with our sporadic posting and long captions This post was inspired by @snjstudies and @emmastudiess so thank you to both of you for being so inspiring!! ~ Jo

I finally got time to post. These few weeks had been hectic with projects submissions and presentations. Hopefully, I'll be able to update every day until final as a moral support boost!
When's your final and how ready are you for it?
The ‘places I have been’ page! It’s still very white but I would like to change it! This morning I had to get up at 6 a.m. due to the snow that fell here. It is honestly so slippery
QOTD: Is it snowing near you yet?
Today’s creative Christmas sweater is designed by @Speechiestudies
"I love Christmas! Yes, I'm one of those people who starts listening to Christmas carols as soon as it's relatively socially acceptable to start doing so (is October too early?? ). Christmas is a time to stop and reflect on the year that has been, but also to catch up with family. Most of all it's celebrating the birth of Jesus, our Saviour and King who came into the world so humbly, in a stable of all places!
My Christmas jumper design reflects my love of stationary (actually more of an obsession really) and my current course of study which is speech pathology. The words 'merry Christmas' are written in phonetic transcription, or the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet). This is something that I've learned in my course, am still learning let's be honest, and will continue to use throughout my career! It's a fantastic skill to have as I could potentially write anything in any language in phonetic transcription, which my nerdy self thinks is pretty cool
Week 10, filled with canceled plans, so many lovely phone calls with John to calm both of our anxieties, and SOOOOO many tasks to get done before finals.
Good luck to everyone taking their finals this week!
Popping in to say hi! I know I've been gone for like what...3 months??? Ehehehe I'm sorry... school was really killing me and I was just struggling with everything. I'm grateful for everyone who stuck around until now!!! I'll be back for sure in 2 weeks!! Please wait a little longer, I have some things to show you guys!
Finals are coming and it's going to be a rough time just know you can get through it!!! A grade doesn't define who you are, as long as you tried your best that's all that matters study and learn what you can and don't beat yourself up over anything, mistakes happen and that's okay! Just more motivation to try harder~
Final assignment for Intermediate Korean 1 on kmooc. My very first essay. I have a question it says " A4 1장 내 " is that 1 page? I don't remember what the counters are for pages but I thought 장 was for chapters.
