Oh my, it's like autumn here. Raining, grey and cold. It's time for comfort food. I wanted something sweet, something warm and something healthy. When you want chocolate badly, it has to be good for you, right?
So I made hot smoothie. Little bit of thinking, no berries here, it has to be banana and chocolate.
Here is banana chocolate for one or two, if you can settle for less.
2 dl milk of your choice
3-5 pieces of good quality dark chocolate, to taste
0,5 dl vanilla custard/sauce of your choice
Warm the milk. Add chocolate chips to the milk. Stir until melted. Pour chocolate milk to the blender. Add carefully a banana and vanilla custard. Play around until you have a texture you like. Pour to mug/mugs and decorate with chocolate. Enjoy! If you want to low your calorie intake, use vanilla extract instead of vanilla custard.
